Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Simple, enjoyable, mild curry. I just had dried curry leaves (no idea where to get fresh ones) and used sweet potato instead of potato and (frozen) peas instead of sugar snap peas. We had it as a main over rice and topped it with chili sauce and plain yogurt for more flavor.
