    Pleasant with perfect reliable measurements as always from Chetna. Great separated grains with a nice subtle flavour and spice, no need to adjust the rice to liquid measurements for me. A good way to use up an elderly cauliflower. It’s maybe not the most exciting dish in the world but it’s a solid side. Served with palak paneer.
