    Can substitute parsley for cilantro.

    This was an easier way to cook oven fries than the "boil then bake" method. However, I felt like there were better uses of this sauce than potatoes, and better things to put on potatoes than this sauce. The use of herb stems was a big "aha!" moment for me though.
