    I just shook this up in the jar, using capers in place of anchovies + less oil & then thinning it at the end with buttermilk. Nice punchy flavour from the double hit of acid.

    A nice and easy Caesar dressing. My changes: I use a mix of yogurt and sour cream instead of all yogurt, 1 can of anchovies instead of paste, more lemon juice, half olive oil and half avocado oil, 1/8 t mustard (or none), add some Worcestershire sauce. A double recipe can be made in a small blender (like Hamilton Beach Personal Blender 14oz). Easier for me than using a food processor.
