    Added homemade pesto but should have waited to add in the final 5 mins

    I was interested in this recipe as the author has you bake uncooked gnocchi on the sheet pan, which I had never seen before. Now I know why, as the gnocchi remained pretty chewy and kind of dry. I used mini gnocchi as that is what I had on hand so maybe that is the reason why this didn't turn out all that great.
