    Very good! I used 1+ lb chopped mushrooms for ground beef and skipped the zucchini noodles

    I made a variation of this recipe and we all really liked it! Miso ginger sauce is terrific and helps make it! I took a lot of liberty to change it up. We had it over rice. I used ground turkey. I used roasted vegetables I had…green beans and cauliflower. I pickled red cabbage instead of carrots. Very, very tasty!
