    Can substitute cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup for cream of tomato soup.

    I used to make this exactly as is 30 years ago but now I make it with plant based meatballs and recently converted to instant pot: add everything, cook for 30 mins high pressure, quick release. My favorite soup to use is Progresso hearty tomato.
