    Quite nice, my only and important complaint is that the recipe does not specify whether the amount of quinoa needed for the cakes is cooked or raw. It turns out that it refered to cooked quinoa and I ended up with too much quinoa. Perhaps I could add that the amount of moong daal that it asked for could be reduced to a third.
