Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Couscous with chickpeas and vine leaves; Carrot, raisin and chervil salad; Salad of curly endives, rocket, bacon and croûtons; Salad of chicory, Stilton and walnuts
