    This was a very easy delicious way to cook salmon. Dinner party worthy. Definitely make the tartar sauce. It completes the dish.

    Lacking dried minced garlic, I doubled the onion in the topping. Most of the spices turned to powder before the peppercorns were coarsely ground, so I'd grind those first before adding the other spices. In the tartar sauce, chopped pickles worked in place of relish. The salmon was easy and quite good with the sauce and lemon wedges.
