    Everything I’ve made from this book has been delicious and this is no exception. The turmeric dressing and hummus make a great combination. I marinated my own feta 2 days in advance. We have it with leftover roast chicken which we just leave off for the vegetarians. The pumpkin/squash is beautifully chewy
