Can substitute soy sauce for fish sauce, distilled white vinegar for rice wine vinegar, catsup or tomato paste for paprika, chiles for ground chiles, and boneless skinless chicken for boneless pork. Recipe specifies using the book's "Asian rice noodles," page 13.
