Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I had to substitute hot smoked salmon for the trout, chives for the scallions, cucumbers for the radishes, and extra green beans for the asparagus. Even using rose harissa, 2 Tbsp was too much for us; I'd say start with 1 Tbsp, although the heat did dissipate somewhat once the potatoes were mixed with everything else. Overall, this was a very enjoyable riff on salade nicoise.
