Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Just ok- a bit bland and a little dry, even with the ricotta mixed in. I might just not love pasta with browned butter. Leftovers were actually pretty good the next day which was surprising.

    Bites with a bit of everything - especially both hazelnut and sage - were quite good; bites with mostly pasta were more meh. I stirred in some wilted spinach at the end and would definitely do that again. The pasta needed a fair amount of extra seasoning and I'd consider using salted butter. We liked the ricotta mixed into the pasta for extra creaminess.
