    Following the cooking instructions for the hamburgers, they ended up overcooked - my fault for not watching them carefully, and I also think my cast iron pan got too hot, plus they kept warm in the oven too long - anyway, I'll pay attention next time. But the flavor was very good, especially with the rosemary mayo (we only needed half the mayo). I've made the dressing twice, first with regular yogurt, second with Greek, and preferred regular yogurt since it was thinner. For the salad, I used both iceberg and radicchio, plus cherry tomatoes and cooked potatoes to make it more substantial. Very tasty.
