    Make these patties in double batch and freeze.

    I wasn't sure how Italian sausage would taste with the additional Vietnamese-inspired ingredients, but it was super flavorful. I used part mint, part cilantro and had to sub chives for the green onion. As usual, I cooked extra rice and broccoli (instead of broccolini). The Sriracha mayo was delicious on the sausage and broccoli and would be fantastic on other things as well.
