    This was quite tasty and I’d happily do again with a few adjustments. I didn’t mash the chickpeas enough this time around and so the roast wouldn’t really hold together when it came time to slicing it. However, once it was cooled completely, it sliced fine. I also seasoned mine throughout rather than at the end like the recipe asked.
