    This dish is simply wonderful. We often make Marcella Hazan's version of this dish for children. This is the grown-up version. Somehow the poppy seeds adds not just texture but an appealing nutty flavor to the dish, ramping up a fabulous pairing of prosciutto, parmesan and cream to even loftier heights.
