    While this is a simple dish, I’m rating it a 4 out of 5 stars as a flavorful, easy and healthy weeknight meal. Also, gluten free. The recipe calls for thinly sliced cauliflower served raw with dressing. I steamed the thin slices and small bits for five minutes to make them softer and sweeter.
