    Really flavourful and easy. Not too spicy. I made it with just skin on and bone in chicken breast and it worked well though the potatoes and carrots weren’t quite cooked because I reduced the cooking time for having only the breasts. Lots of flavour from the berbere but not too hot. I doubled the garlic and it was just right
