Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made a batch of these( mine made 15) with apple instead of pear and low fat cheddar. Mixed the flour and baking powder with butter in the Cuisinart. Made the process much easier. Then added the rest of the cheese,nuts, fruit and eggs and milk last. Very light and airy and a nice rise. A keeper
