    Tasty salad. This tasted better after chilling for several hours to let the flavors meld. I didn't use canned lentils and instead used dried lentils that I really overcooked. The disintegrating lentils didn't make for an appealing looking salad, but it tasted great. I would make this again and try subbing dill for mint.
