    I subbed hazelnuts for walnuts and used a white sweet potato, but otherwise followed the recipe. This was a healthy tasty bowl nicely complemented by the creamy balsamic dressing. The recipe lists 2 servings, but we had more like 4 with all the roasted vegetables and the amount of dressing.
