Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used this marinade on some "generously sized" chicken fingers and cooked them in the air fryer. They were good (T was more enthusiastic than me) but I thought they just needed more of...something (a bit surprising based on the ingredients). I do know that I prefer this book's maple-curry chicken marinade.
