    I used boneless, skinless thighs (marinating for around 6 hours) & we really enjoyed this flavourful chicken even without the pineapple salsa. We air fried them at 400 for about 5 minutes per side, basting with the reserved marinade at the turn. The clear verdict was "make again for sure" and to try the salsa next time
