Can substitute olive oil for safflower oil, dry sherry for Shaoxing wine, vegetable broth for chicken broth, Swiss chard for rainbow chard, mixed dried mushrooms for dried porcini mushrooms, soy sauce or liquid aminos for black garlic shoyu, and cilantro for shiso leaves.
