    Excellent. Boozy. Madiera is the subtle secret that makes a big difference. In 2023, I added vanilla and cinnamon. It tasted great but not like nog. 1 year later and the cinnamon was lovely. In 2024, no spices with Rye instead of Bourbon, lower-proof rum, and Rainwater Madiera. Still boozy, but gets raves from everyone. Next time: bring back the spices, but less heavy-handed than in '23. Cinnamon is delicious.
