    Very good! Delicious dressing and a nice combo of smoky veggies. For my tastes I’d like more nectarines for that sweet, acidic hit. I think I’d actually prefer romaine lettuce instead of the little gems for a stronger green taste.

    This was great, charring everything made each thing better. The dressing was really good but I added an additional 1/4c. mayo because the consistency was too thin.
