Pork chops with prunes (Côte de porc aux pruneaux) from The French Revolution: 140 Classic Recipes Made Fresh & Simple (page 169) by Michel Roux Jr.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

I followed the recipe as directed and the results were good if a bit sweet fur my taste. I will admit that prunes and pork is one of the few fruit and protein combos I like, but 100 grams of prunes was too much for us. The pork chops were about 2cm thick and were a bit over with 9 minutes in the oven. Won’t likely repeat.
