Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used store-bought za'tar which did contain some salt (2nd to last ingredient) so I modified the main recipe. Still way too much salt. The 2tsp added to the mushrooms before the spinach as written would have been indedible. Overall, the proportions seem off. I added more mushrooms and spinach and still felt like it was too much pasta to veg.
