    These are amazing and simple to make. We substituted bourbon for the rum and Ghirardelli Chocolate Company Dark Chocolate Wafers for the chocolate chips (make sure the chocolate you use is low in lead and cadmium). Using a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop really speeds things up. Not necessary to refrigerate overnight; a few hours will do.
