    This was great and oh, so easy! OMG, buy some puff pastry (I didn’t even have to roll it as it fitted exactly into pan), some Gorgonzola, some asparagus. That’s it. I didn’t make four small tarts but one big one. Use the honey! It adds a lovely note.
