    Can substitute chickpea miso for light miso or cooked white beans for firm silken tofu.

    This recipe was surprisingly delicious! I Used a baked potato instead of boiling it. I also added a few strips of roasted red pepper, which helped give the sauce a nice bright nacho orange color. I didn’t use silken tofu, just regular firm tofu, and it turned out great.
