Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Super salty, so would use less salt next time

    I baked 2 much larger chicken breasts (9-10 oz), pounded 3/4" thin, and the baking time worked. I used 2/3 of the spice rub (with thyme instead of parsley), all the mayo, and about 5 Tbsp panko to coat them on both sides instead of just the tops. Unfortunately the bottoms did get soggy; next time I"ll try placing them on a rack. The chicken was super moist (thanks to the brine and mayo) and tasty.
