Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    This is amazing. Very unlikely fusion of Alpine cheesy potato and Middle Eastern/ North African chermoula buit it works so, so well. I can see it working in spring with roast asparagus and summer with courgettes too. If you have someone who absolutely insists on meat with every meal, a sausage or piece of pork tenderloin or something would be good but it's an absolutely complete meal as it is.
