Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Steamed veggies are not very exciting, but this pancetta vinaigrette adds a little pizazz. The vinaigrette tasted delicious over the lettuces, and was fine over the vegetables. Would probably prefer the vegetables to be roasted next time. Would also increase the amount of dressing next time. Or maybe I reduced the liquid down too much?
