Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I make this in a Dutch oven. It’s agree too much liquid for the cup of orzo in the recipe. If you’re using 4 cups of broth that’s enough to cook a whole box of orzo. I’ve also used rosemary and oregano in this recipe in place of the dill and it turned out well.

    Way too much liquid for the orzo. Refer to online recipe for proper amounts. Flavor was outstanding. Go light on the salt.
