    I made this recipe, adding ground pork so I could serve it as a main with a cucumber salad. This was fantastic and so much easier to fold than summer rolls. I ‘oven fried’ them coated with cooking spray. This made them less crispy, but we devoured them. Definitely going to be a repeat.
