Tea or broth poured over rice (Chazuke) from Cook Anime: Eat Like Your Favorite Character: from Bento to Okonomiyaki (page 33) by Diana Ault

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was delicious! If I had had leftover rice, it would have been a matter of minutes to get it on the table. I used a mixture of broth and tea for the pourover liquid, and added sauteed zucchini for a vegetable. The umeboshi was my least favorite part, probably just an acquired taste. We topped with furikake and scallion-ginger-garlic sauce.
