    Tasty and not heavy. Good and easy weeknight meal. Took a little longer to cook. Used a mix of savory and sweet uncooked sausages. Great way to have a sheet pan meal.

    The timing seems long but it works very well. This will be my new way of doing roast sausage & veg. The kale added for 10 minutes at the end eliminates the need for a salad.
