Can substitute oat milk or coconut milk beverage for almond milk. See recipe for variations.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Good gluten free pancakes. They are dense so agree a little on the small side. I used a griddle so didn’t need that much butter in the pan to start. Easy and convenient ingredients if you are gluten free. Would redo. Maybe would double next time and freeze leftovers.

My kids loved these. They are heavy, so I recommend making them on the small side.
