Can substitute Savoy cabbage for napa cabbage, and satsumas for Kishu oranges.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Good salad base. Mostly followed recipe. Dressing is pleasant, mild. Added Mizuna. Sub'd "chick'n" cooked in air fryer. Did not toast almonds. Better next day after dressing had time to meld with greens. Better with air-fryer fish (arctic char) - yum!

Absolutely delicious and very easy to do. Spoonful of soy sauce on top was welcome addition. Would maybe consider marinade for chicken before breading next time or seasoning chicken itself more.
