Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Quick recipe, easy to adapt to what you have on hand. I made 1/2 recipe but used a whole can of (kidney) beans and probably more than half the chips and cheese (didn't measure). Subbed canned diced tomatoes for salsa. Topped with (extra) cilantro, diced tomato, avocado, and sour cream, 2 people finished it all. I covered the pan to melt the cheese and the chips softened and got chewy; for crisp chips, try the broiler method.
