    Very juicy and crunchy, but agree with reducing the amount of seeds.

    Fab salad, would be great at a dinner party. I might reduce the seeds a bit (they ever so slightly overpowered), otherwise perfect as written. I served with sesame crusted feta, which went perfectly.
