Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used freeze-dried strawberries as I had them on hand (any fruit should work). I baked the roll for the full amount of time, expecting more browning, which was probably 1-2 min too long; don't expect the inner hole to brown. This was very enjoyable, but some bites did not have enough filling. Next time I would increase the filling by 50%.
