Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I've made this recipe a few times now and had issues with the cracked shiny top separating from the base. Today I increase the flour to 125g and the cocoa to 50g and it seems to have produced a better result. I also add half tsp of baking powder.
