    I used carrots instead of sweet potatoes. I also skilled the bread part as I didn't have any. Definitely needs a side salad.

    This was OK. Crisping up the potatoes helped. Needs a good side salad (or as a side to a big salad). The garlic wasn't overwhelming. I boiled the pork less than the suggested time or it would have been hard.
