    Beens need to soak for 12 hours. The recipe for ‘Roast suckling pig’ can be found on page 225. Can substitute other beans of your choice for dried white beans.

    Delicious. I modified with grilled pork from the previous night. Definitely include the cabbage. I’d serve it with rice next time to soak up the delicious sauce that it all cooks down into
