Can substitute pork shoulder steaks or boneless pork sirloin chops for pork shoulder, and neutral oil of your choice for grapeseed oil.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Too spicy. When I'm given a range of how much spice to use, I would like the low number to be something my kids could enjoy. ??

Looking at the recipe, I knew it would end up salty, so I used the lower amount of red curry paste, reduced the fish sauce to 3 teaspoons, and eliminated the salt entirely. I was very happy with the finished dish, the lime really elevates it. I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much as written.
