Braised chicken with apricots and pistachios from Milk Street: The World in a Skillet (page 215) by Christopher Kimball

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This braised chicken is delicious. I did brine the chicken pieces. I’ve made this with thighs and legs. The skin didn’t stay super crispy, but it wasn’t objectionable. It comes together quite quickly. I made it with rice. For leftovers, I deboned the chicken and mixed with the leftover sauce and rice. It’s so good.
